Chronic non-communicable diseases are a rapidly growing problem worldwide. They have major adverse health, social and economic effects especially in poor nations.

The 鉴黄师app Council welcomes the work of the WHO on 鈥淧reventing Chronic Diseases, a vital investment鈥� and recommends that all NMAs work with health professional organizations, interested stakeholders and their governments to prevent and relieve the increasing burden of chronic disease.
